a) non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004.
- C.9.1.3.1 - In some cases the structure and semantic relationships of information (headings, navigation areas, formatting) are not always correctly conveyed to assistive technologies;
- C.9.1.4.3 - The visual presentation of some text elements does not always have the minimum contrast ratio required against the background;
- C.9.1.4.11 - The visual presentation of the borders of form fields and other non-text interface elements does not always have the minimum contrast ratio required against the background;
- C.9.1.4.13 - Some content that appears on hover or focus cannot be dismissed without moving the pointer or focus, via the Escape key;
- C.9.2.1.2 - In some pop-up components (e.g. results filter panel), after an interaction keyboard focus is not correctly returned to the element that opened the component;
- C.9.2.4.4 - Some links do not have a purpose that can be determined from the link text alone or from the programmatically determined context in which they are found;
- C.9.4.1.2 - Some interactive elements (button or link) lack an accessible name for assistive technologies;
